Noman Mustafa Zubairi
Proprietor & Lead Consultant
Proprietor and Lead Consultant of Plus Consultants with over 40 years in accountancy and taxation. He began at a reputable Chartered Accountants firm and later contributed to a World Bank study on shelters for low-income communities. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner, he is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Taxation Management of Pakistan, Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan, and a Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors (USA) and the Karachi Tax Bar Association. He serves as General Secretary of the Zuberi Welfare Trust, through which he leads the firm's CSR engagement.
Syed Sibtey Asif Naqvi
Director – Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
Director of Taxation at Plus Consultants and a High Court enrolled advocate, in practice since 1994. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and Fellow Member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association, Sindh Bar Council and Karachi Bar Association. He holds an MBA in Finance & Banking and an LL.B. from S.M. Law College. He serves as Deputy Treasurer of the Shahwilayat Education Trust and previously as Vice President of Junior Chamber International – Pakistan.
Muhammad Saleem
Senior Advisor – Finance & Audit
CISA, CIA, FPA, FCMA, FCIS – a high-profile finance, accounting and auditing professional with around 30 years across leading corporate organisations. Former CFO, Chief Internal Auditor and Head of Business at top companies, with deep expertise in cost & management accounting, policies and procedures, and technology systems.
Muhammad Waqas Ashraf
Director – Advisory
A Chartered Certified Accountant with a Master's in Commerce from the University of Karachi. Waqas has served as CFO of a public limited company, as Director of an advertising agency, and from late 2017 as Director of a PSX-listed company. He has contributed to policy development at the Pakistan Stock Exchange and has been with Plus Consultants since March 2018.
Fida Hussain
Senior Manager – Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
Senior Manager – Taxation at Plus Consultants, in practice since 2010. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and Fellow Member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA). Holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance, APFA, ACPA, is an ICMAP finalist and an LL.B. graduate. Specialises in strategic tax advisory, legal research and managing direct and indirect tax compliance.
Owais Kamal Siddiqui
Manager – Taxation (Income Tax)
Manager – Income Tax at Plus Consultants, in practice since 2011. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and Fellow Member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA), with an MBA in Accounting & Finance. Specialises in corporate tax compliance, advisory on company matters and evolving tax regulations.
Ahmed Mustafa Usmani
Assistant Manager – Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
Assistant Manager – Taxation at Plus Consultants, in practice since 2015. Holds the Certificate in Accounting & Finance (CA Inter) from ICAP and is currently pursuing ACCA. Handles strategic tax advisory and compliance across direct and indirect taxes.
Sabeeh Mustafa Zubairi
Head of Direct Taxes
Head of Direct Taxes at Plus Consultants with 6 years in tax consultancy. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and KTBA member; holds a BS in Accounting & Finance and is pursuing ACCA. Oversees outsourced finance functions, financial reporting, IFRS implementation, accounting software integration, taxation management and external audit coordination for SME clients.
Afzal Saleem

A seasoned professional with over 40 years of banking experience and 9 years in taxation since 2016. A CA finalist specialising in tax compliance and advisory, leveraging an extensive financial background to deliver strategic tax solutions and regulatory compliance.
Muhammad Hadi
Senior Associate – Taxation & Receivables
Brings three decades of experience in direct and indirect taxes. Oversees the firm's accounts receivable, billing and invoicing processes, and handles filing of withholding tax statements – ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance for clients.
Nasir Mehmood
Administrator & Tax Associate
Over a decade of experience in direct and indirect taxes. As Administrator of Plus Consultants, he oversees day-to-day operations, manages accounts payable and billings, and handles the filing of withholding tax statements for clients with strong attention to detail and client service.
Syed Salman Nazar
Senior Accountant
An experienced accountant who has served listed and private-sector companies across pesticides, paints, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Holds a Master's in Accounting & Finance and specialises in financial accounting, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Imaduddin Ahmed Noorani
Senior Manager – Administration & Accounts
Over 36 years of experience in administration and accounts. Manages accounting processes, streamlines administrative functions and provides strategic support across financial management and regulatory compliance.

Arif Hussain
Manager – Trust, NGO & Corporate Registrations
With Plus Consultants since 2011, Arif spearheads Charity, NGO/NPO and Trust advisory services – handling Trust, Society and Foundation registrations, NOCs from government departments, and coordination with the Board of Investment and Economic Affairs Division. He drafts Articles, Memoranda, Deeds and Affidavits, and manages registrations with SRB, FBR, PSW, KCCI, SECP and DNFBP certifications.
Danish Ahmed Azami
Manager – Corporate Compliance & SECP
A founding associate of the firm and a graduate of the University of Karachi, with an apprenticeship at a prestigious Chartered Accountants firm. Leads all matters pertaining to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) – ensuring corporate governance, statutory filings and regulatory compliance for clients.
Ghulam Mehdi
Intellectual Property Consultant
An IP consultant specialising in trademark matters at Plus Consultants since 2009. Began his career at a prominent law firm and now handles trademark clearance searches, filings and prosecution, brand-selection advisory and enforcement of IP rights for the firm's clients.
